Kristi is a former CTO & COO, and distinguished leader with over 20 years of expertise in building robust enterprise solutions for the Fortune 500 (Sodexo, Apple, Phillips Healthcare). She founded CH2 Solutions in 2016 to help fellow technical leaders solve their resourcing needs from the bottom-up — an antidote to the antiquated & inefficient ways of traditional recruiting firms. To this day, CH2 operates on the core belief that “happy people do great work.” It seems to be working. 😉

Off the clock, Kristi enjoys finessing her backswing, playing pickleball, and going diving with her family.
